Survey, Tally Chart, and Bar Graph

Today we made a survey and charted responses into a tally chart. We then made a bar graph. After that we used excel to make a bar graph of our results. We had a lot of fun making our surveys and bar graphs.

Making Movies

Today we finished our different lines movies. We walked around the school and took pictures of different line types. We then imported the pictures into Photo Story 3. Last we recorded our voices identifying our different line types.

Calling All Comma People

Today we finished making our Comma People to help us remember when to use commas in sentences. We have been researching comma usage on different websites and by watching different movies from the wiki.

Converting Fractions to Decimals

Today we learned how to convert fractions to decimals. We played a board game to help us better understand.

Catapults

Today we built catapults during science. We are studying force and motion. We are trying to design a catapult that will shoot a marshmallow the farthest.
